The Power Sunday School Class

Today’s study in Luke 7 reminds me of an anonymous but powerful quote: “Jesus came to pay a debt He didn’t owe because we owed a debt we couldn’t pay.” Does that motivate us to "love" Him much? We’ll see a true contrast of one who got that and one who did not. Here are the notes.

Some reject Jesus because they want nothing at all to do with God. Some "religious" types like the idea of Jesus as long as He is the "Messiah they have in mind."
